Our 7-Day Hassle-Free Refund Promise
We stand behind the quality of our 300 DPI high-resolution templates. If you encounter any technical glitch, double-charge, rendering defect, or are genuinely unsatisfied with your generated biodata, we provide a 100% full refund within 7 days of purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Duplicate Payment: If your bank account was debited multiple times due to a network glitch during Razorpay checkout.
- Failed Generation: If your PDF failed to generate or download after successful payment authorization.
- Font or Formatting Error: If regional font characters (Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada) or Sanskrit shlokas fail to render legibly.
- Accidental Plan Upgrade: If you requested a ₹21 plan but accidentally authorized ₹51 and contact us within 48 hours.
2. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated immediately via Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking) within 3 to 5 business days depending on your issuing bank.
3. How to Request a Refund
